Made to order

Every item is printed when you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and US shipping usually takes another 3 to 7 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Free US shipping on orders of $75 or more (before tax). It's applied automatically at checkout, and it still works with BENCH10 or WELCOME10.

For US orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout from what's in your cart. Most single items cost $6.95 to $9.90 to ship, and each extra item in the same order adds a little less. Wrapping paper ships rolled in its own tube and starts at $13.49.

We also ship to Canada and select international countries. Rates are shown at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Holiday orders

We post our order-by date for Christmas delivery at the top of the site each season. Order early: carriers get busy in December.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost.
